Starting Strong: Ice breakers and Team Spirit
We know that a new adventure with unfamiliar faces can be a bit nerve-wracking. That’s why we kick things of with ice-breaker activities, team flag-making and fun group challenges to help everyone get to know each other and settle in. It’s a chance to get comfortable, make friends from day one and get ready for the challenges ahead.

The expedition usually begins in the heart of The New Forest, where teens can take on an exciting mountain biking challenge through its ancient woodlands.
The New Forest also provides the perfect setting to learn essential bushcraft skills, including shelter building and fire-making.

discover iconic coastlines
One of the highlights of the expedition is the stunning Jurassic Coast, home to the dramatic cliffs of Durdle Door and the clear waters of Lulworth Cove.
But it’s more than just the views - The Jurassic Coast is the perfect backdrop for coasteering - a thrilling mix of climbing, swimming and cliff-jumping. Teens have the chance to push their limits while navigating the coastline’s rocky edges.

newquay and water sports
No coastal expedition would be complete without a stop in Cornwall’s surfing capital - Newquay.
Whether teens are experienced surfers or stepping onto a board for the first time, our expert instructors ensure they feel the thrill of catching waves.
Paddleboarding, rafting and kayaking are also on the agenda, providing plenty of opportunities to enjoy the open water.
